Bangkok has 357 happy ending massage shops, nuru rooms and soapy houses in this guide, and half of them stand along one road. The 179 in Phrom Phong, Asok, Nana, Thonglor, Phra Khanong, On Nut and Bang Na all sit on or just off Sukhumvit. Phrom Phong alone has 88. The rest are spread out, from Ladprao and Ramkhamhaeng to Rama 2 and Nonthaburi.

Sukhumvit: half the city on one road
Follow the Skytrain east from Nana and the doors come thick and fast. Nana has 15 shops, Asok 48, Phrom Phong 88 and Thonglor 16. Further out, Phra Khanong has 4, On Nut 3 and Bang Na 5. Add them up and the Sukhumvit stretch holds 179 of the city's 357 shops: half of them.
Phrom Phong is the centre of gravity. Ten of the 25 highest-rated shops in Bangkok are filed there, and nine of those are within twelve minutes' walk of BTS Phrom Phong: G2G and THE333 Nuru Massage at eight minutes, Don Quixote Nuru Massage at four, Hakumi Nuru Massage at five among them. Asok has five more in that top 25, Nana two and Thonglor one.
With 88 shops in one district, the next door is rarely far away. The Sukhumvit list ranks the whole stretch, and the Asok and Phrom Phong volumes zoom in on the two busiest parts of it.
Off the Sukhumvit line
The other half of the map is quieter and more scattered. North of the centre, Ramkhamhaeng has 12 shops and Ladprao 11, with Sutthisan and Bang Kapi at 5 each, RCA 5, Huai Khwang 4, Ratchada 3 and Rama 9 3. West of the river, Rama 2 has 11 and Pinklao 4. Nonthaburi, north of the city line, has 8.
Downtown the numbers are smaller again. Silom has 6, Sathorn 4, Pratunam 3 and Rama 3 just 2, while Khao San & Old Town has 7.
Some of the highest-rated names in the city sit out here, well away from the Sukhumvit crowd. The One Massage in Sathorn starts from ฿200, eight minutes from BTS Saint Louis, with 298 Google reviews. Visut Spa in Nonthaburi holds a 5.0 from 189 reviews and starts from ฿450. Dream Thai Massage near Khao San has a 5.0 from 127 reviews and no prices on record. At RCA, Psyche Dream Spa sits at the other end of the scale, from ฿4,800.
That leaves 86 shops that fall outside all 23 districts. They are still in the guide, on the street map and in open near you.
What a session costs
Prices are on record for 213 of the 357 shops. They come from a shop's own rate card, from another directory or field report, or from what Google reviewers say they paid, and each shop's page says which. The other 145 have no prices anywhere we could find, so the price is a question for the door.
The middle of the market looks like this: a typical starting price of ฿2,000, a typical 60 minutes at ฿3,000, 90 minutes at ฿3,825 and two hours at ฿4,450. Starting prices run all the way from ฿180 to ฿12,800. A starting price is only the first line, though. It can be a short session or a plain one, so check what it buys and for how long.
Among the 25 highest-rated shops, 23 have prices on record, and 13 of those start between ฿1,500 and ฿2,500. Five start below that: The One Massage from ฿200, Marina Massage from ฿400, Visut Spa from ฿450, The Moon Massage and Spa from ฿500 and Deluxe Massage from ฿600. Five start above it: Hakumi at ฿3,200, SENTO Bangkok at ฿3,500,Aimi Bangkok Massage at ฿3,900, Hiso Nuru Massage at ฿4,000 and Psyche Dream Spa at ฿4,800.
If the budget is the point, the under ฿2,500 list does the sorting. If it isn't, the VIP rooms list goes the other way.
The 25 highest-rated shops
The shops listed on this page are the top 25 of the city's ranking. By main type, 15 are nuru shops, 8 happy ending massage shops and 2 soapy houses. Their Google ratings run from 4.7 to 5.0; the review counts behind them vary far more.
Marina Massage in On Nut carries the most, 701 Google reviews, five minutes from BTS Bang Chak. Stella Nuru Massage BKK in Asok has 544 and G2G in Phrom Phong 524. At the other end, Nuru S11 in Nana holds a 5.0 from 49 reviews and Aiyume Nuru Bangkok a 5.0 from 61.
The happy ending shops in the 25 are spread wider than the nuru ones. Soi 33 Roots Massage is ten minutes from BTS Phrom Phong and starts from ฿1,600. Erotic Massage Bangkok is filed under Phrom Phong but sits ten minutes from MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, and starts from ฿2,500. The rest are Marina, Psyche Dream Spa, Visut Spa, Dream Thai Massage, The Moon Massage and Spa and The One Massage, from On Nut to Nonthaburi.
The two soapy houses are both on Sukhumvit: 8 Fantasy, five minutes from BTS Nana, and BKK Vice Massage, four minutes from BTS Phrom Phong. Both start from ฿2,000. Two of the 25, Dream Thai Massage and Airi Massage, have no prices on record.
After midnight
Bangkok's shops keep long hours, and the late ones cluster where you'd expect. Of the 25 highest-rated, 11 stay open past midnight. Erotic Massage Bangkok lists itself as open 24 hours. Don Quixote Nuru Massage runs to 02:00, and to 02:30 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. G2G, THE333, 8 Fantasy and Airi Massage close at 02:00, Chairman Nuru Massage Bangkok at 01:30, and Soi 33 Roots, Awesome999 Nuru Massage, Nuru S11 and The One Massage at 01:00.
The early end is quieter. The One Massage opens first, at 09:30; Awesome999 and Psyche Dream Spa don't open until 13:00. Dream Thai Massage and The Moon Massage and Spa are the earliest to close, at 22:00.
The late-night list ranks the shops that stay open past midnight across the whole city. Hours change, and every shop page shows today's hours and whether the door is open right now.
Getting there, and getting back
Most of the 25 highest-rated shops are a short walk from a train. Twenty-one have a BTS or MRT stop close by, with walks from three minutes (The Moon Massage and Spa to MRT Si Iam) to twelve. BTS Phrom Phong is the stop that matters most: ten of the 25 give it as their nearest station. BTS Asok, MRT Sukhumvit and BTS Nana account for two each.
Four have no station within a short walk: SENTO Bangkok, Psyche Dream Spa, Visut Spa and Dream Thai Massage. Check the map on their pages before setting out, and plan on a taxi.
The Skytrain stops running around midnight. For a late session, the ride home is a taxi or a ride-hailing car from the end of the soi, so factor it in. The by the BTS list keeps the walk short, and every station page lists the shops within a kilometre of it.
