This is the odd one out on Sukhumvit. @581byNana sells prostate massage, tantric and slow massage as men's wellness treatments, and its website states plainly that sexual services and body-to-body are not part of it. The therapists, it says, are all over 40.

It suits someone who wants that specific treatment, delivered clinic-style, in daylight hours near the far end of the BTS. Women are catered for too, with women-only services listed. Skip it if you came looking for a late-night happy ending shop: it closes at 21:00, and the website rules out what most of this guide covers. The reviews split sharply, with professionalism praised and value questioned.

The website frames everything as treatment. Its menu runs from ear candling and abdominal massage to prostate massage, a men's wellness treatment and tantric massage. It accepts foreign customers and Thai women, and offers women-only services it names as yoni, ovary and womb treatments.

The ground rules are spelt out. According to its website, there is no sex and no body-to-body, there are no male masseuses or ladyboys, and every therapist is over 40. There are two branches: this one on Sukhumvit 60/2 at Bang Chak, and another on Charoen Krung 57 in Sathon. Both are appointment only, and outcall is also offered. Two Google reviewers mention certificates hanging on the wall.

The letter codes aren't decoded on the card, so ask which treatments each combination covers. The website runs a ฿100-off promotion on any massage booked between 09:00 and 12:00. Mind the cancellation terms too: it charges 30% for cancelling 5 to 30 minutes before a treatment, and the full price after that. Payment is by cash or PromptPay.

Book on LINE or WhatsApp; the website says both branches work by appointment. The Bang Chak branch is at 2034/15 Sukhumvit 60/2 Alley, Phra Khanong Tai. BTS Bang Chak is 160 m away, about three minutes on foot. BTS Punnawithi and BTS On Nut are each about 17 minutes' walk.

Hours are 09:00 to 21:00 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 to 20:00 on Sunday. This is a morning-and-afternoon address in a part of the city that goes quiet early; the On Nut district page covers the neighbourhood.

Book it if prostate or tantric massage is the point, and if a longer session suits you: one reviewer specifically recommends the two-hour packages. Couples and women have options here that few shops in this guide list; for more shops that take pairs, the couples list is the place to compare.

The larger one is positive. Google reviewers often mention professionalism, a clean, hygienic clinic and friendly staff, and several name therapists, including Ann, Betty and Sara. One reviewer says a staff member ran to the BTS to return ฿1,000 they had overpaid. One recommends the two-hour packages, and another describes a two-hour combination as a good first experience.

The other camp is blunt. Several one-star reviews call it a waste of money or unprofessional; one says staff watched the clock and asked for payment first, another that an online appointment was forgotten. A younger reviewer found the treatment painful and wasn't sure it worked, and another calls it pseudoscience. Read the menu carefully and agree what you're booking before you pay.
