That's a thin record, and most of it is two years old. There's no published menu, no prices and no booking channel, and the website carries no service details. It suits someone staying around Soi 22 who is happy to walk in and ask. Skip it if you want to know the price before you leave the hotel, or if you're in a hurry: two reviewers say it's hard to find.

Google lists MAXIM as an erotic massage shop on Sukhumvit Alley 22. The shop has a website, but it gives no service or price details, and no languages, payment methods or booking apps are on record.

Reviews add a little. A couple of reviewers describe it as clean and well-kept, one mentions rooms with a shower and air conditioning, and another calls the staff warm and attentive. One reviewer two years ago said it had just opened.

No prices are published anywhere we could find: not on the shop's website, not on a directory, not in the reviews. Ask for the menu when you arrive, and agree the price and the length of the session before you start. If you'd rather know the figure in advance, the under ฿2,500 list and the Phrom Phong volume both carry shops that publish theirs.

BTS Phrom Phong is about 600 metres away, a ten-minute walk. MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Center is 740 metres, about 12 minutes, and BTS Asok around 19. The listing gives no house number, only Sukhumvit Alley 22, and two reviewers mention there's little signage. Check the map pin before you set out.
