Soapy massage in Bangkok: 112 shops, Sukhumvit to Sutthisan
Soap, a tub and a long night. Every shop in the guide that offers a soapy session, from the soapy houses north of the centre to the nuru shops on Sukhumvit that turn up under both labels.
Four in the morning is when the last door on this page closes: Lalisa Ratchada 17, a soapy house eight minutes from MRT Sutthisan, open from 14:00. Fourteen of the 25 best-rated shops here are still open after midnight.
Bangkok has 112 soapy massage shops in this guide, and only 57 have prices on record, about half. Where they do, the typical shop starts at ฿2,140. A typical hour costs ฿3,450, 90 minutes ฿4,500 and two hours ฿5,500. Starting prices run from ฿999 to ฿10,000, a spread wide enough to make the first line worth reading twice.
The label is broader than it looks. Of the 25 best-rated shops below, eight list themselves as soapy houses and one as a happy ending shop; the other sixteen are nuru houses that also appear under soapy. Most sit on Sukhumvit, nine in Phrom Phong and nine in Asok, with more soapy houses further out, in Sutthisan, Bang Kapi and along the MRT to Lat Phrao.

Eight soapy houses among the twenty-five
Start with the shops that call themselves soapy houses. 8 Fantasy leads them, five minutes from BTS Nana, open 11:00 to 02:00, from ฿2,000, with a 4.8 Google rating from 218 reviews. BKK Vice Massage is four minutes from BTS Phrom Phong, from ฿2,000, with 4.8 from 116.
Honey Bee Massage, eight minutes from Phrom Phong, has the lowest starting price among the 25, ฿1,500, and a 4.6 from 103 reviews. Smile Bangkok Massage is three minutes from BTS Asok, from ฿2,000, rated 4.6 from 63. Bangkok Bunny Massage starts at ฿3,500, also eight minutes from Phrom Phong, with 4.7 from 20.
Three sit well off Sukhumvit. Lalisa Ratchada 17 starts at ฿4,300, the highest among the 25, and holds 4.7 from 70. Clubhouse Exclusive Club & Spa is two minutes from MRT Lat Phrao 71, open until 03:00, with 4.8 from 58 reviews. อิงฟ้านวดแผนไทย (Ingfa) in Bang Kapi holds 4.8 from 114, about 17 minutes from MRT Lat Phrao 101. Neither Clubhouse nor Ingfa has a price on record.
What the soap costs
The city medians are the ones to carry: ฿3,450 for an hour, ฿4,500 for 90 minutes and ฿5,500 for two hours. The typical starting price is ฿2,140, and the full range runs from ฿999 to ฿10,000, so the same word covers a quick session and a very expensive room.
Among the 25 best-rated, starting prices are tighter. Honey Bee starts at ฿1,500 and Peach Massage Bangkok 20 at ฿1,600. TEN, Zen, A5 and Lucy start at ฿1,800. Eight shops open their lists at exactly ฿2,000, from 8 Fantasy and BKK Vice to Exotic, AMOR 888 and Daisy Dream. G2G and THE333 start at ฿2,200, AKO Spa at ฿2,300 and Heal at ฿2,400. At the top, Lucky Cat starts at ฿2,700, Bangkok Bunny at ฿3,500 and Lalisa at ฿4,300.
A starting price is the first line a shop has on record, and in a shop that does nuru as well, that line may not be the soapy session at all. Check each shop's page for the soapy line itself and where the figure comes from. Fifty-five of the 112 have no prices on record, so for many doors the menu is a question to ask, not a page to read.
Nuru shops that do soapy too
Sixteen of the 25 best-rated shops here list themselves as nuru houses, and two say so in the name. Dragon Heart Nuru & Soapy Massage is seven minutes from BTS Nana, open until 03:00, from ฿2,500, with a 4.7 from 100 reviews. Heal Nuru & Soapy Massage is the Rama 9 entry, two minutes from MRT Phra Ram 9, from ฿2,400, rated 4.8 from 37.
The big Phrom Phong names are here too. G2G holds 4.9 from 524 Google reviews and THE333 Nuru Massage 4.9 from 436, both eight minutes from the station and open until 02:00. Daisy Dream, seven minutes out, has 4.5 from 261, and A5 Massage 4.5 from 210.
In Asok, AMOR 888 has 4.7 from 494 reviews, four minutes from the BTS. Exotic holds 4.7 from 220, TEN 4.7 from 82 and Zen 4.7 from 53. If it is the soapy session you are after, check that the shop's card lists one before you pick it over a dedicated soapy house.
Ratings, and how much weight they bear
The deepest records belong to nuru shops: G2G with 524 Google reviews, AMOR 888 with 494 and THE333 with 436. Among the shops listed as soapy houses, 8 Fantasy has the longest record, 218 reviews behind its 4.8.
The highest score on the page is a 5.0, for Near Nuru Massage in Asok, from 22 reviews. Lucky Cat BKK has 4.9 from 47. Bangkok Bunny's 4.7 rests on 20 reviews, a thin sample for a shop that starts at ฿3,500.
The lowest scores among the 25 are 4.5, shared by Daisy Dream, A5 Massage, Bangkok Passion Massage and Aya Massage Bangkok. None of them is short of reviews, from 118 to 261 each, so those scores are settled rather than unlucky.
Trains, walks and the outer houses
Ten of the 25 best-rated shops are nearest BTS Phrom Phong, most of them seven to ten minutes on foot; BKK Vice is the closest at four. Six are nearest BTS Asok, where Smile is three minutes away and AMOR 888 four. Two are nearest MRT Sukhumvit and two BTS Nana.
The outer houses are worth knowing. Clubhouse is two minutes from MRT Lat Phrao 71, Heal two from MRT Phra Ram 9, and Lalisa Ratchada 17 eight from MRT Sutthisan. Ingfa is the longest walk on the list, about 17 minutes from MRT Lat Phrao 101. AKO Spa has no station on record; its page has the map.
The Ratchada and Sutthisan district pages list more of the houses north of the centre, and the street map shows every soapy shop in the city.
Hours: from 23:00 to 04:00
Fourteen of the 25 stay open past midnight. Lalisa Ratchada 17 closes last, at 04:00. Four run to 03:00: Exotic Massage Bangkok, Dragon Heart, Zen and Clubhouse. Six close at 02:00: 8 Fantasy, G2G, THE333, TEN, Daisy Dream and AKO Spa. AMOR 888 runs to 01:30, and A5 and Aya to 01:00.
Nine more shut at midnight. Two close earlier: Smile at 23:30 and Ingfa at 23:00. Most shops open between 10:00 and noon; Lalisa doesn't open until 14:00, so it is strictly an evening address.
The trains stop around midnight. For the late doors, a taxi is the way home, and from Sutthisan or Lat Phrao it is a longer ride than from Sukhumvit. The late-night list collects the city's latest doors of every type, and open near you shows which are open right now.
