Canary is the expensive end of Asok, and it doesn't pretend otherwise. Its rate card starts at ฿4,500 for an hour and climbs through three levels, B, A and S, to ฿9,800 for 90 minutes at the top. Every session includes a bubble bath, oil and an air mattress. The website adds themed rooms, free uniforms and a promise of Japanese-style service.

It suits a visitor who wants theatre and is happy to pay for it, steps from the Asok junction. Skip it if value is the test. The 4.7 rating looks strong, but the recent reviews are split, and several of the critical ones say the session felt rushed or short for the money.

According to its website, Canary has themed 'scene rooms', a classroom, a hospital and a gym among them, and provides uniforms and stockings free of charge. It advertises Japanese-style service. Each session on the card follows the same sequence: bubble bath, oil, then the air mattress.

The B, A and S levels set the price, and reviewers make clear they refer to the therapist chosen. One reviewer's comparison suggests the letter doesn't guarantee the experience. Neither languages nor payment methods are listed.

Each level adds ฿1,000 to the hour and ฿1,500 to the 90-minute 'Unlimited' session. Elsewhere, the website also mentions a single flat price of ฿4,500 for all services, which the card itself contradicts. Read the card, and ask which level a therapist sits at before you choose.

No booking channel is listed. One reviewer says the shop's LINE account repeatedly suggested a particular therapist but never answered when they tried to book, so don't count on a reservation. Shops priced at the other end of the scale are in the under ฿2,500 list.

The address is 15 Soi Sukhumvit 19, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana. MRT Sukhumvit is 240 metres away and BTS Asok 260, each about four minutes on foot. BTS Nana is about eight.

The door is open from noon to midnight, every day. One reviewer arrived at 23:40 and had a poor time of it; a late slot leaves little room if anything goes wrong, and the last trains leave around the same time the shop closes. The Asok district page maps the dense cluster around it, and the Asok volume ranks it among its neighbours.

That is the question the reviews keep asking. Canary is a strong fit for someone who wants the bath-and-mattress sequence, a themed room and a short walk from two lines. The location is hard to beat. The VIP rooms volume collects other shops that sell the room as much as the massage.

It is a weaker fit for anyone who will count the minutes. Agree whether you've booked 60 or 90, and note the start time. At ฿4,500 for the cheapest hour, the shortfalls reviewers describe cost more here than anywhere cheaper.

Canary Massage holds a 4.7 Google rating from 235 reviews. Many recent ones are brief five-star notes praising a named therapist or calling the shop cute and the service excellent. One reviewer mentions a Chinese-speaking member of staff.

The critical reviews share themes. Several reviewers say the price is high for what they got, calling it not worth it or a mismatch with the service. Two say the session ended early, one at under 40 minutes and one at about 50. Others describe therapists who seemed disengaged or unfriendly, including an S-level choice that disappointed after a good first visit. One reviewer says LINE messages about booking went unanswered.
